At Brevard Academy, we offer daily PE for kindergarten through 6th grade and an advanced PE class for 7th and 8th graders.

Brevard Academy Athletic Team Philosophy
Our athletic program is founded on a philosophy emphasizing strong core values, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Being part of a team is a privilege that carries responsibilities, such as attending practices, putting in hard work, being a good teammate, and showing a high level of effort during games. Participation in athletics requires sportsmanship and adherence to our school’s core values of Achievement, Innovation, Respect, Responsibility, and Relevance. In charter schools, 5th - 8th students are eligible to participate in school wide athletics.
Each student wanting to participate in a sport at Brevard Academy must have a Current Sports Physical and read and complete the 2024-2025 Athletics Handbook. Please turn it in to Coach Castro before tryouts for the 2024-2025 seasons.
