Board of Directors
The Brevard Academy-A Challenge Foundation Academy (BA-CFA) Board of Directors consists of a minimum of (7) and a maximum of (9) Directors as per the school’s bylaws. As trustees of public funds, the Board is responsible for ensuring BA-CFA’s long-term financial stability and integrity of the school. The Board sets the strategic plan and ensures that the school fulfills its mission. The Board sets policy and governs the school, while the School Director manages the school operations on a day-to-day basis.

Regular Board meetings are usually scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month. Meetings begin with a work or closed session that typically start at 5:00 p.m., and the regular business meeting begins at 5:30 p.m.
