Amy Kelly
I started teaching here in February 2021. Brevard Academy felt like home from day one. I love the students and the staff here. I attended the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. I have a bachelor’s degree in special education and a master’s degree in counseling. For the past 35 years, I worked in Duval County Public Schools at the high school level.
It’s been so much fun to make the change to Brevard Academy and spend my day with elementary and middle school students! I’m thankful I get to see my sister, the other Mrs. Kelly, and her children here at school every day. I live in Pisgah Forest with my dog, Lucy, Mr. Kitty, and Mr. Bunny. I enjoy hiking, bird-watching, reading, my church, and playing my guitar.
