Amber Ballew

I am excited to begin a new journey as a kindergarten teacher for Brevard Academy. The community and staff members have already been very supportive and welcoming. This will be my 7th year teaching in North Carolina. I am originally from Bryson City, NC. For the last 6 years I have lived and taught in the surrounding areas of Charlotte post graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I recently moved to the area and have been enjoying exploring new places with my partner and two boys. We have taken on many waterfalls and trails with our dog, Lucy. Looking forward to a great year ahead!
